He earned his Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration with a minor in Psychology from College of the Ozarks, where he was also a standout collegiate baseball player. Prior to joining Axios, Spencer spent over three years as a Comprehensive Financial Advisor, guiding individuals through life insurance, investments, and retirement planning, alongside experience as a Regional Account Manager focused on client acquisition strategy.
