Her journey to the insurance industry began when she felt a strong pull to transition out of traditional sales in pursuit of a career with a deeper sense of purpose. Backed by years of client-facing experience—and the encouragement of former clients who knew her talents were destined for a bigger stage—everything aligned perfectly when she discovered Axios Group.

At the heart of Erin’s professional success is a simple but powerful philosophy: listen and execute accordingly. She firmly believes that when you truly listen to what clients want and deeply understand what they need, failure isn’t an option. What she loves most about her work is the sheer variety it brings. Because every client, broker, and situation is entirely unique, Erin views every day as an opportunity to learn, solve new puzzles, and continuously grow.

Driven by that commitment to lifelong learning, Erin is currently balancing her role at Axios with her studies at Colorado Technical University. She is pursuing a dual Bachelor’s degree in both Business Development and Business Administration, with graduation on the horizon for early 2028.

When she isn’t busy supporting her clients or hitting the books, Erin’s world revolves entirely around her family. She cherishes every moment of quality time spent at home with her fiancé and her two wonderful children.
