Originally from Trinidad & Tobago, Kevon completed pre-law studies at EBC High School in New York City before studying Criminal Justice and Law/Business Administration at Bethune-Cookman University. His early career included hands-on operations experience in the energy sector before he transitioned into financial services and insurance. Over his years in the industry, he has served in various leadership and management capacities across Louisiana and Mississippi, building a career centered on entrepreneurship, professionalism, and community outreach.

Outside of his work as an insurance broker, Kevon is a thrill-seeker who loves adventure, laughing, and bringing joy to others. He spends his weekends spending quality time with his 10-year-old daughter, resting when he can, and staying actively involved in his local church community at Breaux Bridge Pentecostals.
