Drawn to the company by our founders forward-thinking vision for the insurance industry, Tracy is passionate about streamlining complex processes and making insurance accessible and stress-free for every client.

With a professional philosophy rooted in accuracy, efficiency, and genuine connection, Tracy believes exceptional service goes far beyond standard politeness. She focuses on building trust and ensuring clients feel completely supported, operating under a simple promise: if she doesn’t know the answer, she will relentlessly pursue the right resource to find it.

Tracy’s diverse background uniquely prepares her for the rigorous regulatory world of contracting. Before entering the insurance sector, she studied History and English at the University of Louisiana at Lafayette.  She worked as a deputy for Terrebonne Parish and a Parole Officer for St. Charles Parish, and went on to work most of her career in accounting and payroll.

Outside of the office, Tracy focuses on recharging with the people who matter most. She loves spending quality time with her family and friends, and can usually be found heading to the lake to enjoy boating, swimming, and sharing great meals.
